Pixel – Alma Laser
Fractionated CO2 laser for skin resurfacing to accomplish wrinkle and sun damage reduction. Recovery usually involves swelling, skin care for 5-7 days. Intended to be single treatment. Primary smoothing results apparent at one week, secondary dermal thickening usually visible by 4-6 weeks. Patients report long term results. Results will be affected by skin care maintenance and sun exposure management.
540/AFT – Alma Laser T
he modern version of Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) for treatment of redness, prominent blood vessels, uneven pigmentation. No recovery except an initial darkening of the brown spots for 10-14 days. Results usually apparent in 4-6 weeks. An average of 1-3 treatments required for optimum results. Fees are quoted per treatment.
Accent XL – Alma Laser
Radio frequency device for non-surgical skin tightening especially of the jaw line, neck, arms and thighs. No recovery, and expect multiple treatments with maintenance for optimal results.
Q-Switched YAG Pixel – Alma Laser
Non-ablative skin tightening. After fast resolution of initial pinkness in treatment area, there is no recovery. Although there are usually visible results after one treatment, expect the need for multiple sessions and maintenance for optimal results. This technique has been described as “painless” by our patients.
