Recovery
Heavy lifting and vigorous activity is limited for 7-10 days. Most patients return to work in seven days, depending on their job demands.  You may shower the first day after surgery.  No special bras or binding are required and most patients go bra-less for a short period of time to encourage "settling" of the implants to their natural postiion.
