Follow I-65 North, take Hwy 119/Cahaba Valley Road exit, taking a right at the end of the ramp. Follow 119 crossing through Hwy 280 intersection. Go approximately 1/4 mile and take a right at the 1st traffic light. Health & Wellness Complex will be on your left.

Traveling Highway 280, from Downtown Birmingham, Homewood, Mountain Brook, or Cahaba Heights area
Follow Highway 280 East toward Sylacauga; take a left at the Hwy 280/Hwy 119 intersection going towards Leeds. Go approximately 1/4 mile and take a right at the 1st traffic light. Health & Wellness Complex will be on your left.
Traveling Highway 280 from Sylacauga area
Follow Highway 280 West. Take a right onto Hwy 119 towards Leeds, go approximately 1/4 mile and take a right at the 1st traffic light. Health & Wellness Complex will be on your left.
From I-65 South from Gardendale, Fultondale, Cullman, Decatur or Huntsville
Follow I-65 South; take I-20/I-59 East toward Atlanta at the interchange, taking Highway 31/280 exit. Follow 280 East to Highway 119 and take a left going toward Leeds. Go approximately 1/4 mile and take a right at the 1st traffic light. Health & Wellness Complex will be on your left.
Traveling I-20 from Tuscaloosa area
Follow I-20, take the I-459 North exit toward Atlanta/Gadsden, taking Hwy 280 East exit towards Childersburg/Sylacauga, go approximately 4 miles, taking a left onto Hwy 119 towards Leeds. Go approximately 1/4 mile and take a right at the 1st traffic light. Health & Wellness Complex will be on your left.
Traveling I-59 South from Gadsden area
Follow I-59 South to I-459 South towards Tuscaloosa, taking the Hwy 280 East exit towards Childersburg/Sylacauga, go approximately 4 miles, taking a left onto Hwy 119 Cahaba Valley Road going towards Leeds.
